Just had a new muffler and tires put on. These guys are amazing! They kept me up to date on the progress and cost of what was being done. They explained everything and were done fast. I will definitely be going there again.
On Friday I scheduled a Tuesday 9am O2 sensor and oil change. They still squeezed me in when I accidentally showed up at Monday open. I admire their persistence in searching for a hidden O2 sensor and my Check engine light has been resolved for several hundred miles since. O2 and Oil was cheaper than the Valvaleine nearby. Will certainly cost James Auto next time I'm driving through... from Portland, OR. Handled my nearly 4ton, 19.5'L, 7.5'H, '97 Dodge B3500 V8 5.9L like pros!
They got me help when no one else would. Got me right in and taken care of. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Brad took me on short notice and did a hell of a job repairing a leaking brake line. He is clearly very skilled and honest. I’ll definitely go back.
