I traveled to Wilkes Barre from roughly 70 miles away for a VA surgery, my check engine light came on (and my wife was concerned) so I had to get it checked out. Called this garage spoke with Dave, he saw me that morning and checked the code, looked it over and said I’d be good to get it home, which I was, and he didn’t even charge me to check and clear the code. That’s good business. If I have any issues in the area again they just earned my business.

Highly recommend. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He fixed my daughter's 1992 Chevy Lumina and has run better than it ever has since we've owned it.

My daughter goes to Wilkes U, and when her car broke down we blindly took it to Savitski's based on these reviews. I could not be more impressed with a business than this one. They made the repairs at a reasonable price and were very honest. This is how you do business!! It's been a real pleasure working with Scott and his team these last 4 years.

I cannot say enough great things about this shop. I just wish I could give you more than 5 stars. My power steering crapped out on my van 4 hours into driving from CT to FL for the kids April vacation. After quite a fiasco and 6 hours with AAA referring me to their "approved shops",(all of which were closed til Monday) (It was 3 am on Saturday when this happened) the tow driver found me Savitski repair shop who was open. He towed me there and they put my van on the lift, showed me the leak in the line, (it was rotted right through) got the part and fixed it immediately, same day. They saw i was a woman, from out of state, travelling with 5 kids (2 with special needs) and could have soaked me, but they are an honest, caring, reliable business. Great experience. Came here on recommendation of friend, was not disappointed. Scott and his employees very knowledgeable and personable. Saved me large amount of money and appreciated their honesty. Did work only what was necessary and explained why it was necessary. I was looking for a new mechanic and found them, will be a customer onward!
