I wanted my rack n pinion replaced which they did with my wheels still on!! They lied about it and my truck made a noise that it never had before. I had to bring it back 4x cause it was leaking etc. They told me the noise wasnt their fault. One said it needed a bearing, the other said control arm. But nobody offered to take care of it, gave me a discount or anything. I am REALLY disappointed

Was in a nearby town visiting family and had a major vehicle issue out of nowhere. Hood auto was able to correctly diagnose , repair and have it running great by the next day. Couldn't get a better experience anywhere. Helped save our vacation. Thanks a bunch and God bless

James took care of me. My truck was smoking when I pulled into town and he made sure I was able to make it home safely. He was very kind and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him.

It's a new place for me. Gentlemen were very nice. I had an appointment. Got they early, took me right in. I was able to watch them. They worked on my Tahoe. Everything was out of alignment. So when James was done , took for a test drive . Everything was done right. Thanks James
