When I needed a metal plate under my car fixed, they bent it back into place as best they could until I could come back a few days later to get it replaced. Reasonably priced, friendly and fast, efficient service.

I dropped my damaged car off at Frederick's Body Shop and that was the last time I initiated contact. From that day forward, I received updates via text and/or phone calls. Because of the backlog of needed items, there was a delay but I was informed along the way. When I picked the car up, I was overwhelmed. The car was beautiful. It was cleaner inside and out than it was when I got it new from the Ford dealership. It was if they cared about my car as much as I do. Attention to detail, professional, respectful/respectable folks. I cannot tell you how pleased I am. If I ever have the misfortune to have another accident or issue, I will be going back to Mike Frederick's Body Shop. I highly recommend them and know that you will be as pleased as I am with the results.

Best and most honest shop ever. Always more than pleased to take our vehicles here. Work is beautiful and they are so honest ans caring. I heard today of Mikes passing, truly saddened my heart. Super guy and such a joy to be around.

Horrible experience. Management either does not listen or would rather lie then admit they made a mistake. When I call to explain the mistake that had happened and asked if we could figure out a solution she laughed in my face and said "your mama signed the paper, we made our money off of it"
