Took my car to get an alignment charged me $100 did not do the alignment Bought brand new part for my vehicle $500 they did not put the new part on my car and my car actually started running worse when I picked it up from them because of this I’ve lost a lot of time at work and they are refusing to pay me what they owe me. So I’m going to have to get a lawyer to be able to get what they owe me. I’ve lost over 2k because of them.

DO NOT take your car here. My parents have been coming to James for 20+ years and I got screwed over and had to get a new car. I’ve taken a couple of my cars here over the years and the last car I had that had some problems with over heating and spark plugs over a time span over a year and took my car to James in October 2022 and kept a hold of it till January 2023 (3 months) and then in June had a problem with it overheating and didn’t get it back till August 2023 (another 3 months) and not too long after that the problem was reoccurring and never actually got fixed. I didn’t want to wait that long to get my car back so I took it to another car auto shop not knowing what the issue was and the mechanic told me that my spark plugs were completely stripped and couldn’t put new ones in withou

James was amazing. He replaced my engine coolant thermostat. Super fast, beyond affordable, and he'll actually teach you a thing or two if you ask the right question.
