James Towing And Hauling

Excellent service! I called James for a car towing to get my car back home and he arrived extremely fast. Despite my car being locked into park, James was quick to find a safe solution and had my car on the truck in no time! He was efficient and safe on the drive. When dropping off my car he was even kind enough to go above and beyond to help me move my car into the spot i preferred on my driveway! I would highly recommend using his services and will definitely give him a call back if i ever need a tow again!

These guys were awesome! I had a forklift that I needed moved on short notice. Within 2 hours I had my forklift where I needed it. James was my driver and he was great. He went the extra mile to let me know he noticed a small leak that I might want to get looked at. I will definitely use James towing again!

WHAT AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!! STAY AWAY, UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR DAMAGED AND THEM TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY OR EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR FAULT. Tow requested for my vintage Porsche 911 with a BRAND NEW PAINT JOB. James Tow was supposed to take the car 60 miles. They delivered the vehicle in 6.5 hours (YES, 6.5 hours for 60 miles, I could have rolled the car myself faster) , and there was major body damage on the rear quarter panel, and the front quarter panel as well. When the driver took the car off the tow truck, we asked what happened. Driver pretended to know nothing. The damage was pointed out to the driver. Driver didn't even acknowledge the damage. We asked for this damage to be written up. Driver claimed there was no write up the do. Driver claimed they can only do it electronically,

James, from James towing is the most professional tow driver I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Extremely professional, he knows how to deal with, and look after cars of value; especially classic cars. Great conversation too. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Very quick and efficient towing service at a reasonable price. James towing was one of the first to reach out once a I sent out a towing request on yelp. Straight to the point, quick turnaround on wait time and price information. Tow truck was here in 30-45mins or less, friendly and courteous professionalism from driver. Quick pick up and was accommodating with me at the drop off location. Will definitely be recommending and using their services again.
