This was my first time running out of charge in my new electric car. And also my first time having to get any vehicle towed before. I had such a great experience with James towing. They answered the phone immediately when I called. They were very helpful, personable, professional, and friendly. They got out to my location super quick and made the whole process so easy!
They did a great job Jerry Rigging the coolant line to the DEF and Transmission. Was able to get my load delivered.
I was stuck and unable to get my power chair back into my truck because the up/down function ceased to function - on Christmas day. Shawn, from the Sweetwater location, brought a roll off wrecker and got the chair into the truck so I could be on my way home. Thank, Shawn, for getting me out of a jam. If in the area and I need a wrecker, I'll be calling him.
Shawn was amazing! He was prompt and professional, and went above and beyond to help me during the most stressful day. Definitely recommend this company.
