Workers were very friendly (we spoke with Sean) and were quick to point us in the right direction.

We cannot state enough praise for this place! Sean is all smiles, knowledgeable, does fantastic screen windows, quick turn around time and most important-does not price gouge. No matter the question he will have suggestions, answers, and referrals if necessary. Store is full of reasonably priced items but if something is not in stock or has a substitute he will order it. This transaction was some of the best customer service we have seen in years! He addressed everyone who came to the counter by their first name and asked what they needed today. We will be back as we have more projects.

When we walked in, they were right there to help us. The gentleman at the front counter (I never got his name, my fault), I believe he was the parts manager, was so very helpful and knowledgeable. Very nice man. We then spoke with Sean, who went above and behind to help us, he was also very knowledgeable , regarding a door and window that we needed, he gave us tips and some contact people to reach out to. Will definitely be giving them our business.
