Very Knowledgeable folks and do great work. A lot of reviews here about their turbos not being good stem from other issues on the equipment causing premature turbo failure. If the equipment is diagnosed properly these turbos hold up just fine. Purchased several over the years and haven’t had any issues.

My company purchases Turbos from James Turbo. I have been dealing with James Turbo for years. I handle warranty claims going back to them for our customers. They have always gone over and above on our warranty claims. Many times issuing credit on a turbo that was not warrantable. This was a courtesy that I have seen multiple times. And yes, Mickey has been very helpful in explaining each and every issue and how it occurred. I have only positive experiences to post. Sometimes "the customer" ISN'T right and does not want to hear that a turbo failure had anything to do with their installation process or that something else is going on with their truck. Again, I can speak from 9 years of dealing with these people. IT'S ALL GOOD!!!

It dose not matter what you say it is always an engine or installation problem . Never a tubo problem. The shaft broke in to two pices and they still refused to warranty the thing less than four months old. The have lost several shops and businesses due to there lack of a warranty. So be warned. Buy at your own risk

BUYER BEWARE!!!! They have excellent prices comepared to most but remember you get what you pay for! I have had dealings with this place on two occasions now the 2nd time was unknown to me till after the problem occurred as I bought the turbo from a third party who purchased it through James Turbo. In both cases neither lasted any time. The second time less than six months.They will not stand behind their junk!!! Will find every reason under the sun to wizel their way out of warranting anything they sale to the point of making up reasons your motor caused their poor product to fail. Do business with them if you choose but be prepared for it to fail and be screwed.
