This place was great while trying to sell me a car (my salesperson Nick Torres was was fabulous and professional and friendly) and absolutely horrendous with customer service after selling me a car (they don’t answer your calls or return your calls when you leave voicemail.) They destroyed my tags instead of returning them to the DMV so I had to fight a suspended license. Now I’m 6 ish days away from having an expired temp tag and Lori can’t be bothered to answer her phone or return a call to help me understand what’s going on!! Save yourself a headache, buy elsewhere. Terrible customer service.

We just bought our third vehicle from James wood. It has been seven years since our last purchase.The sales team is still outstanding. We dealt with Drew and Tyler. They were outstanding and worked very hard to get the deal done.Couldn’t be happier with the service and highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new car. We drove from Burkburnett and it was well worth the trip.

Have been looking for a specific car for a long time, finally found what I was looking for at James Wood Motors. We live several hours away but after working with our salesman we decided it was worth the drive and I'm so glad we did! Great experience from start to finish and we love our "new to us" car!

Was going to be a repeat customer. Verified used vehicle was still available and no pending sales early in the morning. At the same time I scheduled an appointment to come in the same afternoon. Dealer committed to sending me more pics when it was out of the service bay, I never received them. I went ahead and obtained all my finance pre-approvals, took off work, got family together and started the 30 minute drive. Texted dealer to let them know we were on our way. Got a call halfway to let me know it was transferred to Denton and sold the same afternoon. I went in anyway and wanted to speak to who sold it out from under me and get an explanation.
