Five stars all the way. I brought my 2008 Bentley Arnage to Japanese Auto Center for a starter replacement. Dan was honest that Bentleys aren’t his usual workload, but he stepped up and treated the job with total professionalism. After the starter was replaced, a separate short issue surfaced—and instead of guessing, Dan and his team did the real troubleshooting, found the problem, and solved it fast. Two days later, the car was done and running perfectly. Great communication, great workmanship, and a very reasonable price. They stood behind their work and delivered exactly what they said they would. If you’re looking for a quality repair shop you can trust and feel confident in, I highly recommend Japanese Auto Center. I could not be happier with the service I received at Japanese Auto Center. The staff is always warm, friendly, and attentive. They ask all the right questions to get to the root of any issue. I came in for a routine oil change, a smog check, and to have my brakes fixed, and they made the entire process easy. I can’t say enough good things about the shop! After dealing with a frustrating car issue for 18 months, they were the first team that truly listened and took my concerns seriously. After shopping around, I brought my vehicle here instead of the dealership because I had heard great things from my colleague. I received a preliminary quote based on what I needed to have done which they provided, and made an appointment. I recommend making an appointment because they’re very busy and not open on weekends. Their prices are competitive, but you get what you pay for and I was happy with the great, fast service. The staff at the front desk is very professional and friendly. Eve was wonderful. Will be back!

Friendly and helpful office staff. Competent and thorough mechanics. They take the time to explain everything, before and after service. Offered to drive me home and pick me up after service was completed. Kudos to the whole team Lars, Eva, Mario and Sandra. I would highly recommend to friends and family. Very professional and well organized.
