Beyond the sheer level of welcoming customer service and professionalism (thanks, Peggy), their in-depth knowledge and friendly ability to explain the actual issue (something four previous mechanics could not do - thanks, Stephen) was incredibly impressive. I have been taking my car and truck to get fixed at Japanese Auto Repair for years. Curtis, the owner and Mike who works on our automobile. have become friends. They are always doing their best for me and family. They are honest, and great at their skills. I highly recommend them.

When the owner of Tokyotown retired and sold the business, as a long term customer, I was concerned, which thankfully proved to be groundless. Under the new name and ownership, Japanese Auto Repair, my good care continues seamlessly. It is reassuring to still have Peggy fielding my questions and handling scheduling, and Mike, my technician for over twenty years, to still provide excellent service. The fact that my previous vehicles (Hondas) made it to 150,000 and 250,000 miles speaks to their competence. With their maintenance reminders and attentive care, I feel confident my 2015 Camry with 52,000 miles will road safe for as long as I choose to keep it! A rodent chewed up all the wiring under the hood of my Volvo. As usual, Ken had me back on the road quickly. Dave and Peggy kept me informed of progress along the way, even sending me photos of the damage. My neighbors and I love this place and highly recommend it.
