Japanese Car Care did a fantastic job. I received a New Year’s mailer offering a full vehicle inspection with a discounted oil change, so I scheduled an appointment and brought my car in. The experience was smooth and professional from start to finish. After the inspection was completed, they sent detailed pictures of everything they checked, which I really appreciated. The transparency and thoroughness gave me a lot of confidence in their work. When I picked up my car, they included a sweet little note with a bag of candy, tea, and hot chocolate—such a thoughtful touch. Great service, great communication, and attention to detail. I’ll be taking my car here for oil changes from now on

2023 Acura integra Oil & Filter change, intake and cabin air filters, too. They just did the same on my wife's 2016 Pilot. Nice Shop. Became a repeat customer after I took my daughter's 2016 Civic in for the 100K spa treatment a year ago. MUCH Better price and warranty on the job than dealership. It's going back to them for a complete front & rear suspension rebuild. They stand by their work.

We have been taking our 2001 4Runner here for years and we wouldn't take it anywhere else. Our 300k mile 4Runner is on still on the road thanks to the kind and knowledgable folks at Japanese Car Care. We even bring it there for oil changes because we trust them so much. We feel confident that when the vehicle arrives at Japanese Car Care it will get a full inspection and they will take the time to walk us through any needed repairs. We took our new to us used 2014 Subaru Forester in for a CVT Fluid flush/change. They performed that along with doing a thorough inspection of the vehicle which gave us a solid list of what else needed to be taken care of. They didn't put any pressure on us to have them complete those additional items with an understanding that we perform a lot of our car work. The final cost was less than their original estimate which was nice and they even left a nice bag of candy in the car for us. We will definitely take this car back to them for future jobs that are more complex than we can handle.
