Brandon was awesome and the whole process was super simple! I dropped my car off and it was ready the same day! Loved how easy it was to view the invoice and choose what work was prioritized, that needed done today and could be done in the future!

We took our 2004 F150 on a Friday afternoon due to issues with the starter and a possible battery drain. STAT’s team did a thorough evaluation, documented the issues that needed to be addressed (including rear brakes), completed the repairs and had the truck back to us by lunchtime on Tuesday. They communicated via text and email throughout the process so we were always in the loop. I was very impressed from start to finish. It was our first trip there but we will DEFINITELY be back!

They were awesome about getting me in for my inspection. I walked up, they were honest about being booked that day, but gave me their soonest availability. The front desk area is nice, staff was courteous and respectful. I will be coming back for anything else car related.
