Purchased a vehicle from Jarrett Scott Ford, it was an incredible experience. Smooth transaction l, great service, and amazing customer service. My sales person was Michael Sergent, definitely recommend as a sales advisor. Also the management team (Joe) was exceptional and went above and beyond to make every aspect smooth as possible, from electronic signing to delivering the vehicle (Michael delivered personally). Went with my wife and bought a new bronco sport with LIAN. If you need a new or used vehicle I would highly suggest you ask for hi. He made the process super simple and easy

I would give less than one star if I could to get an oil change. You got to wait 2 to 3 weeks. If you have a full warranty service in order to get your car turned in and a rental, it's another 2 to 3 weeks. Even if your car is brand new with only 50,000 mi on it, I would never suggest taking your Ford here or buying a Ford here. The people in the maintenance department or utter useless go to Brandon Ford. You'll get treated like royalty here you'll get treated like a red-headed stepchild

Let’s start by saying I’ve never left a 1 star review for anyone I bought my car on Wednesday the 14 drove it to work on Saturday and it started ticking check oil it was a Quart low and Black I called them on Monday the 19 and was told they would come and pick my car up and service it they came Tuesday the 20 they showed up at 9:50am and had my car back at 2:45 they changed the air filter and cabin filter but never changed oil I reached out to them and the service manager wanted to send somebody to my location to change the oil this is not baseball worse service I’ve ever had recommend to check your vehicle after it has been serviced from them
