I have been shopping around in preparation for my tax return because I NEED a bigger vehicle. Tye and Addriel greeted me and immediately got to work understanding who I am as a single mom and what my needs/budget might be. They were so nonjudgemental and only showed me vehicles that honored my budget so I didn't get that sunken in "wow I wish I could afford this" feeling. The office isn't flashy, but it's clean, and they seemed really focused on just making sure I got the right vehicle, not whether or not they sold something. Please please do not buy from this place. Woman was very nice with helping my mom choose the “right” car for me. I needed this car for my 16th birthday to get to and from school. The car ran smoothly with no issues but didnt pass state inspections. We were quoted 3000 to fix it. Took it to another mechanic and he didnt even get half way done with the script before it reached 3000 and told us no one would fix it. The car has to be scrapped. We reached out after the first mechanic and they took forever to get back and basically said that there was nothing they could do. After searching for a nice used car for months, we finally thought we found a good place we could trust but after this never again.
