Bought a 2008 ford explorer towards the beginning of January. Facebook listing said no lights and ready to drive, “great family vehicle”. But I’m terrified to put my infant in this thing. Got there and the ABS, traction control, and left front turn signal lights were on. My fault for ubering there and being in a bind and not seeing that this was already misleading based on the post “no warning lights”. Two weeks later check engine light comes on. In the same week RSC service light. A week later the heat goes out in addition to a grinding and squeaking sound coming from the back right tire. Battery just had to be replaced because the car wouldn’t start. Now there is a charging system error. Car blew smoke out of the engine this morning and will no longer start. Staff was friendly and price was close to fair. But vehicle is purchased is not road ready. Less than a month after purchase and check engine light came on for multiple misfire. Cooling system has mud like material in it caused overheating. Radiator hoses were not connected all the way. Front wheel bearings are bad. The more I look into this vehicle the more i seem to find. I expected better for what I paid. And I paid in full cash.

I absolutely LOVE this dealership, Derrick is great and I have gotten my last 3 vehicles from him and will be back for my next one soon! Never had an issue with any of his vehicles

The car I got needed a part and he agreed to fix it for free for me and when I went to get it fixed, the guy told me the price and I told him Derrick said he's paying for it but he ended up changing his mind and lied and told me I gave u the mechanic that's it. No.

If i could give minus stars I would. They sold me a complete lemon. . I took it to mechanic and it had almost 3000 worth of work needing to be done and they wouldn't give me my money back for car or help in paying to get it fixed. They knew in the first day of selling me car it didn't work and didn't care. Do not purchase from here.
