I wouldn’t even give us one star they lied to me over the phone about the warranty. I have even had The transmission for three months and it’s already went out as just an every day driver. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place and when I did get the transmission after 4 1/2 weeks I got it rusted. They only replaced two parts on the whole transmission. But they said they replaced everything not the best customer service I had if I would’ve known this, I would find somewhere else definitely would recommend staying away from them

If there wasn't a star I gave it to him they are scammers, some liars and for me the worst in answering customers they tell you that they are going to call and it's a lie they even hang up the phone, I'm still waiting for my tracking number and nothing even if they don't want to give me back the 60 percent that they say they don't let themselves be scammed is a company of scammers. Here I leave you the engine full of water that they sent me.

They sent me the wrong motor then when I got the motor it was had damage from transit and they would not replace or refund me order and told me I just needed to accept the lost and go on with my day very unprofessional company wouldn’t recommend anyone buying anything from this company

I order engine and the transmission from jaspers automotive, the service was really good within few days the part is delivered and after the installation both are working good.

Worse service I ever get. We bought a "like new" engine for a ford ranger, and when I got it, the engine was broken. When I started the process for the refund (More than a month ago), They put so many complication to do it. We are still in that process because the communication within the warehouse and the office are inefficient. If I could give it zero stars I'm would be still unhappy with that review because the service was unprofessional and really bad.
