An Absolute Lifesaver ...Thank You, Jesus! We cannot say enough good things about Jesus (Hesus) at Javier Auto Services in Carmel-by-the-Sea. Our 2018 Ford Escape had been fully serviced at a Ford dealership in Washington (Dwayne Lane Ford in Burlington) just a month before our road trip to Carmel, California. Halfway through our journey, the car suddenly began displaying repeated warnings indicating a front camera fault. This triggered a cascade of issues: constant alarms and beeping, multiple warning messages, and even the shutdown of other modules, including the power steering hydraulics. It was stressful, distracting, and frankly alarming while driving. Car broke down Memorial Day on our way to LA. Found out it was the water pump and just wanted to get the car back to Javiar Auto Repair in Carmel. While stranded for almost 7 hours in King City and forced to leave the car at Pete’s Auto Repair we got a call back that it was probably a defective water pump. Jesus stated because they did the work previously they would cover the cost to replace it. Javiar and Jesus are arguably the best and most honest mechanics around. They have stepped into Eric Lindstrom’s shoes beautifully. Thank God. Thank You!

Great service! Had a flat on my Tesla and was worried we would need to wait a long time to get it fixed. The team was busy, but fit me in within 90 minutes and fixed the flat in record time. Reasonable price as well. Thank you.

These guys were incredible. I have a rental vehicle and accidentally went over a curb, and then started hearing a weird noise under the car. I stopped by this place... dreading the thought of having to waste hours waiting, scheduling, coming back, leaving it for days, and paying and arm & a leg. Jesus saw me immediately, we went for a drive around the block, we came back. I waited maybe 10 minutes and then they lifted the car up, and his 3 guys and him looked around underneath, found out what was causing the noise (a bent "heat guard"?), and bent it back into it's appropriate place. I asked them to wipe the underside of the car down a bit since it was already up, and they did so. They took it down, and me and Jesus went for a drive again... problem fixed!
