Rancho Car Wash-Gift Galleria

I will never waste my time and money here again. On intake, the attendant said he would call me in 45 min to one hour when the car was done so I could walk around Carmel Rancho to keep my 2 year old entertained. The owner came by with a gruff approach and said I couldn't be called because it was too inconvenient. (The lady at the register sits there with very little activity...taking payment only.) My car was supposed to be cleaned outside, vacuumed inside, and wiped clean inside ( not including seats or ceiling). The seats , empty compartments in the doors, and whole back end of the SUV were not vacuumed. The areas that had been done still had many left behind pebbles. I complained, and they spent a couple more minutes vacuuming, but still didn't bother to vaccum the seat of the car sea

They always do a great job of washing, vacuuming and detailing my car. And we have two dogs so it gets dirty and hairy quick. I wish they had a central tip jar stand that I've seen at other places, that would make it easier but I just give it to the person who finishes my car and hopefully it gets divided among the other 5 people who helped clean it. I don't understand why the cashier has a tip jar, that's weird.

Was the worst car wash I’ve ever been to . There were three cars total while I was there and it took each car over 15 minutes to get washed all of them were dirty when they came out as all the brushes were not getting the whole car we all three had to point out individual areas that needed additional cleaning they were very slow. After, we all had to retouch up our cars on the outside and and can’t understand why they had it so long on the inside - out of site and didn’t get it clean is questionable.

About a month ago I had my car washed here. There was a gang of teenagers running around the place, yelling and carrying on. There does not seem to be an adult in charge. My car turned out mediocre at best. It's a shame, this place used to be very good.

As a car enthusiast, I can tell you that the practices and procedures here are not doing your cars paint or clear coat any favors. There is little attention to detail and my car was not dry when I was informed that it was done with area's that we're not cleaned or wipped with a rag. $30 wash that's worth about $10.
