Jax Kar Wash - Clinton (Hall Rd.)

We currently have three vehicle memberships, and unfortunately the quality of service has continued to decline. During our most recent visit, dirty rags were used to wipe the vehicle, and the car was not properly washed at all. I didn’t notice the extent of the issue until I arrived home, which made the experience even more disappointing. With multiple memberships, we expect a higher standard of care and consistency, not careless work that leaves vehicles in worse condition. At this point, I’m very dissatisfied and would appreciate this being addressed promptly. Please let me know how you plan to resolve this issue and prevent it from happening again. Thank you.

This is pertaining to your Clinton Township location on Hayes and Canal. Let me take you back in time. I came here from Down Street from your competitor and when I signed up with you, I was wondering why I did not get my washes and they told me they rectified the situation. They found out the problem, but did not tell me what it was. Still did not rectify the situation so I called corporate and they determined that my debit card was being used underneath someone else’s vehicle so I went back to your competitor. However, your competitor does not have a lot of locations and you are open a couple hours longer and also, I was told that I was going to get a refund from you pertaining to this and I did not get a refund so when I came back to you, I mentioned to one of your workers, the nature o

I just went out of my way to leave this location 22950 Hall Road 5 stars! Free mat cleaning station with a sink and industrial spray with hot water for my all weather tech mats blew me away. Why is this not standard?! With the price of the monthly membership, this location makes it worth it!

Updating. They called me back and mentioned their guarantee, come back within 24 hours for assistance. They took longer at the start to make sure it was cleaned and ran my car through again. I really appreciate the help. But the rinse sprayer still doesn't hit the right side of the car. Not sure I'll be back here but I'm glad they tried to help out. Changed from 1 star to 2. Still a bit expensive. The car still isn't fully clean, I've removed the pics of the fl1st wash and added the pics after the 2 "more detailed" wash... Paid $22 for a car wash that didn't fully clean my car. Not sure it even applied tire shine since the sign wasn't lit when I went through. Not a good experience at all this is the first time coming to this location and it is not run like the rest of the Jaxs so you go through the tunnel first and then you get your car detailed. I parked my car away it and waited and waited to get detailed nobody ever came to my car to get a detailed all of the other locations you get your car detailed there’s a dedicated staff two detailing the car at this one you do not get those luxuries. You have to wait for the staff to actually come to the outside vacuum. To assist with the interior cleaning that we are paying for it should be no reason for people to wait and wait and wait for nobody to come, and I am the only person over here as well Not to mention, the waiting area is freezing cold
