Mario M. with Jax Tow was friendly and professional. I needed a tow from one shop to another while I was at work. The shops were 2.5 miles in between so fortunately I wasn’t charged an arm and leg for it! Most competitors were quoting me an unreasonable amount. I also booked it a day in advance because the arrival time was an appt. He had direct contact with me throughout from eta and pick up to pictures at drop off.
