He goes above and beyond what's needed to make sure your vehicle is towed correctly and safely. He towed a Corvette for me and showed me the procedures and why he was strapping it down for safety. Months later I contacted him to tow a camper for me. Although he did not have what was needed to do the job for me he took the time out of his day to contact someone who may be able to help me. As far as I'm concerned that's above and beyond what anyone else would do. I highly recommend using his service and I will definitely call him if needed in the future. Car broke down and i needed it towed. Called Jay Fam Tow on a Sunday morning with no problems and got my car where it needed to go. Very affordable and reliable. Hands down, super awesome experience! Definitely would recommend.
