I wish I would have taken my truck to Jay Walton right after the accident in Jan 2024, but I took it two other places that tried to rip me off and had the worst experience of my life! They and the other driver's insurance company totaled my truck and even tried to convince me that my truck's frame was bent! And after 7 months dealing with those 2 other companies and giving them almost $10,000 my truck still wasn't fixed! A co-worker told me about Jay Walton and promised me they would take care of me and my truck.....and Jay Walton to the rescue! Even though they were given a truck that was missing the entire front end, they were brave and knowledgeable to take on the challenge! Not only did Jay Walton do the diagnostics to discover if my truck's frame was bent, they proved it was not! And

I know of Jay Walton because my boyfriend had his car fixed there a couple of years ago when he was involved in a car accident and they left his car like new. From the moment I called to ask if they could take my car, I dealt with the nicest, most professional people. You can tell they truly love what they do and they are very knowledgeable. I had zero issues while they had my car and they fixed it perfectly. This is a very trustworthy place.

So I took my Toyota 4Runner to Jay Walton’s for repair after hitting a deer in the mountains and they did a great job other then the tech that worked on my car forgot to put one of the running boards back on which i understand stuff happens. But this is where it gets interesting lol…how I don’t know but I didn’t even notice it was missing till almost 2 years later so I called Jay Walton’s when I did finally notice and I was almost positive they would not do anything about it considering it was 2 years later but to my surprise they ordered me not one but two brand new running boards so they match and installed them both at no additional cost to me! Front end insurance repair after hitting animal on the road... The repair took a week longer than estimated. The new paint on the hood had 2 obvious imperfections. A bolt in the wheel well was not tightened completely and stuck out a quarter inch (tire hazard?). The bolt below that one was missing altogether. The invoice says the replacement headlight was adjusted to factory specs, but it was far off from matching the aim of the other headlight. All this makes me wonder who is in charge of the final inspection of the vehicle before returning to the customer. All of these were obvious issues. I know it's impossible to expect perfection, so I'm not worried about it. I'm merely stating the facts. JW said they would gladly repair the paint if I wanted. Other than that, the overall repair loo
