Jay Wolfe Acura Service Department

I'm not a big review guy, but I do like to reward automotive serivce groups when I have a good experience, because I've had so many bad ones. Ryan at Jay Wolfe Acura did a great job of handling our '17 MDX service. He understood the assignment, wasn't pushy (no blinker fluid), and simply addressed the immediate needs. That says alot for a position that I know is paid on commission. I like to build trust with our auto service groups and that's just what he did. We will be back the next time for more preventative maintenance needs as we like to pile the miles on our rides. Great to have confidence that I can send my wife into a service shop and not have her walking into a den of wolves (no pun intended).

Great service as always. Clear on what needs to be done but not pushy trying to force you to do something. Also took care of a warranty item on our battery with no questions asked!

Excellent customer service from all employees that I encountered. The service advisor explained everything that would be done to the vehicle and then explained about rears brakes for future service. Care in good shape. I always bring my car here. There has only been one service that wasn't done at Jay Wolfe. I trust them with my vehicle!!

Good customer service, very nice waiting area that really caters too the customer. I've been a customer at Jaye Wolfe for many years. Purchased at least two Acura at this location. The 3rd I purchased from different dealer but here now for service to my car after a few years. It has upgraded its service area. I love this location.

I have been coming here for the last 7 years. They have serviced all 3 of the Acuras I have had during that time. Dusty (main advisor I work with) and the rest of the team always do a great job. I trust them with all my car repairs and would refer anyone to them for your car repair needs.
