Good buying experience. No pressure. Our original salesman was Keith but I guess something came up the day we were scheduled to go in so we worked with Cindy. She was good to talk with and the owner Richard was pretty awesome to BS with about not camper or sales related stuff. Treated us with lots of respect and gave me and my wife plenty of time with no pressure to discuss things between ourselves. If there was only 1 think I felt a little let down about is the 2 propane tanks where empty when we took delivery a week after signing paperwork. Other than that everything has been and was great. I would definitely do business with them again. Hopefully we keep this camper a long time and don’t need to go back.

Purchased a 2025 Eagle HT from Jayco Carolinas. The customer service was great and the overall buying experience was very simple and straightforward. I had been researching the model I purchased and sent out cash offers to several dealers and most of them wouldn’t honor the internet price unless it was financed through them or they wanted to tack on a bunch of fees. Jayco Carolina’s pricing was competitive and they quoted me the total price without asking me anything first or wasting my time. Very nice folks all around and I would recommend to check them out if you are looking for a Jayco. Keith was our sales guy and he was a pleasure to work with on the sale.

What a terrible experience. We called about a Jayco 5th wheel and spoke with Sales “Manager” Adam. He didn’t know much about the unit, other than he was currently “in it”. He asked that I submit an email with questions and details on my potential trade. I received no follow-up to my call so I called the following day. I was told that no email was ever received and that they were not interested in a trade. I was again told that someone would follow up with me. No follow-up so I called again and talked to “Mo”. I told him I felt like nobody wanted to sell me the unit. He was a really nice and motivated salesman who said that he’d get answers and call me right back. We had the best experience. Our sales associate Cindy was knowledgeable, kind, patient and no pressure. Very smooth transaction traded in camper and bought used. When we picked it up it had been given a thorough cleaning inside and out! It could not have been easier! Thank you!!

I have an Entegra Odyssey and need it inspected. I called, spoke to the camper service person, he asked what I had and after I told him he hung up on me. Then the 2 times I called back, I just sat on hold for over 5 mins. Not impressed.
