I am only putting one star because it’s forcing me to put something. Do not purchase a vehicle from this place! We were in a rush to purchase a 3rd vehicle and made the mistake of buying from them. We purchased the car in March. I was driving it minimal. Probably 20 miles a week for about a month when it started to over heat. My husband discovered it needed a new radiator. We had it towed to BMW and found out it was going to cost $3200 to fix (purchased the car for $5500). We had it towed back to our house. We found a Mechanic who did the work for $600.00. After the work was done, it started to over heat again. We then realized it had/has an oil leak & has had it since we purchased the car. The last time it was driven, it literally stopped driving and we had to have it towed again back to

They are super slow to respond to messages. I had cash in hand and was willing to drive 5+ hours for a truck. Took over a week to get pictures of the frame and the VIN. After that, as I'm about to leave home to go purchase the truck, they tell me true miles are unknown and the odometer is wrong. They did not disclose this anywhere in the listing for the vehicle. They couldn't even provide me with a CarFax. So I pulled one myself and saw the miles last recorded was 260,000 miles, not the 150,000 miles shown on the odometer in the picture. Just lies, lack of effort, and bad service. The dealership that sold it to Jays, Vaden Chevrolet Pooler, declared the miles to be 260,000, so Jays therefore had to of known this information and chose not to disclose it. The truck I bought from Jay's Auto sales is a good truck. problem is I had to replace the water pump, the same day I purchased the truck. been running good.ever since I replace the water pump.

Bought a vehicle from them in 2016 and I still have it. Everything was perfect from the time I purchased my SUV until the time I paid it off. They are very understanding, all they ask for is open communication. My suburban is awesome Thanks Jays... I hope to do business again.
