Awful shop, lady at the front desk doesn’t know a single thing she’s doing was also very rude, whenever I want to talk to the other guy who’s supposed to be in the office who seems to know more he’s never usually there. They clearly run this shop like a circus. Heard from other customers not having good experiences here either, wish I could give negative stars. Can tell the work is done cheap. Would not take my vehicle here again.

Took my car in to get a quote for a replacement door panel that was broken (armrest had been forcibly ripped off and there was a hole where it was screwed in). I specifically told them not to do any work until it was cleared with me. Got a call a few hours later to pick it up. Got there and the owner told me that they went ahead and fixed the problem. Their solution was to take industrial two part epoxy glue and glue the armrest back on. The glue had bubbled out and had ran down the inside panel on the door of my mustang. Upon seeing this, I stated that I had not cleared this "repair" and would not pay for the service, which I believe was $120 ($60 for "labor" and $60 for the glue). The owner then refused to give me my keys and threatened to call the police accusing me of theft of service.

Didn't have a problem in previous years, but I must say that this last service was quite disappointing and frustrating. Lets start with the scheduling, nearly 9 months out! OK, i know, big hail storm, "your busy", but really? Most other shops in town where getting vehicles done within weeks at the most. Then we have the ridiculous rates, and no assistance with your deductible what so ever, they couldn't even throw in a free scratch repair? For the 4k they banked on fixing minor hail damage?? Next we have unreal rudeness, they called me several times to pick vehicle up, "while i was waiting for the insurance check", and slammed the phone up on me. Really? Very unprofessional. Since I couldn't pick up the vehicle without a check, they went ahead and charged me a "storage" fee. Really? I jus

Guys did a good job. Hours are not consistent is a slight pain.

Would recommend to anyone great service an the people were very nice
