JBER Car Wash

Extremely disappointed! I paid $170 for an interior detail and pointed out several spots that the detailed missed. The carpets looked no different and the seats looked a little better until they dried! I would like my money back if possible because now I don’t trust that they can do a good job.

They actually did a good job washing our car. Only issue is on the trunk door, There was a little bit of dirt left. But overall they did a good job! 🙂

First and last time I use their services. Reached out and scheduled an appointment to get the pcs service done, which is the vibranium plus an engine wash and "undercarriage" as well. Nothing about detailing happened here. The fact that I keep my car very clean doesn't take away from them that it need to be detailed. That was the only reason I got the most expensive service they offered. Nothing that was advertised on the flyer was done. The car was poorly washed and wiped down on the inside (something I do myself every week). Nothing about detailing was done to it. Wouldn't recommend to anybody, especially with all the new soldiers and airmen arriving on base.

I'm a big supporter of small business and veteran owned business. With that being said: I usually wash my truck by hand at home, but I wanted to give this place a shot and spend money at a small business. However, I don't know what soap they are using, but my truck came out looking like it was covered in an oil based product. It washed the dirt off, sure. But I would have taken the dirt over whatever is on my paint now. My entire truck just has this greasy film all over it. I absolutely would not recommend using this wash service. Also, it is 100% not handwash. The film is difficult to see on my paint in the pictures, but it is very evident on the mirrors and door handles.

I bought the top package for the automatic car wash and it still didn't clean all of the dirt off. I'd hate to see how dirty it would've been if the worker wouldn't have gone over it with a pressure washer and brush before running me through the machine.
