Unfortunately, I’ve had to deal with a few car issues lately, but JCS Automotive has made the process incredibly easy. Their service is consistently excellent, and for the first time, I feel like I can truly trust a mechanic's guidance and pricing. They work quickly without sacrificing quality. If you're looking for honest, fast, and fantastic service, this is the place to go.

Great place! I had a coolant leak in my Porsche Cayenne. I live in Maine and staying in Southern St Pete for a few months. I called JC Auto at 10:00 am, they said bring it right down. They brought it in, 10 mins after I got there, diagnosed it in 20 mins. Called me with a quote. Finished a complex repair within one day of my drop off and they shuttled me back and forth. Really impressed with Dan, Donnie and Jay my driver. All super nice and the best part, they came in at the exact quote which was probably half of what Porsche would have charged. I brought my son's 2007 Chevrolet Silverado classic 1500 in for stalling problems. I brought it in at 8:00 a.m. Tuesday morning and by 2:00 in the afternoon I was able to pick it up. It had a couple of issues that were quickly diagnosed and repaired. The truck runs perfectly now thanks to the professional and knowledgeable mechanics. That is the fastest I've ever had a vehicle serviced and serviced accurately out of any other location I have visited especially since moving out of the area. I love the fact that they call you up promptly to give you the update and the projected cost of the vehicle repairs and let you know what the status is regarding the issues that were found and the course of action needing to be taken . I have found JCAutomotive 2b a rare find in today’s repair world. Courteous, attentive, informative and concerned to provide the customer ( me) with a great experience. Mike was especially helpful and made sure I was informed as to the progress to completion of my issue. Thank you can I take you back north when we head back?

I just wanted to give a shoutout for the honesty, integrity and great service JC Auto provides. I went in for an oil change and check my truck for any services needed and they told me my vehicle is running great and didn’t need anything else after inspection. It is hard as a non car educated person of course to trust certain auto shops not giving honest quotes, pricing and services to unsuspecting people. JC Auto does none of this trickery, if they say you need something… you need it. I dropped my truck off at 7:30am and went back to pick it up and home by 9am! The staff at JC auto are nice and honest people, thank you guys again!
