I baught my Infiniti q50 hybrid from jc’s . It s kind of a rare car so I drove to long beach from San Diego to get this one . Got a good deal and it was clean . When I got home the check engine light came on . Turns out it had some kind of error code . At first I was stressed out . I called Juan up and no questions asked he took care of it replaced annd replaced my breaks that were kind of squeaking and even gave me a loner car while they worked on it . ( I’m even trying to buy the loner car lol) any how jc auto sales are stand up dudes . Juan’s word is like gold . I had a great experience with Alex. Customer service was excellent and they really worked with me to help get me approved for a nice 2015 Infiniti Q50. They were patient, answered all my questions, and made the whole process easy. I appreciate the effort they put in to help me find a car I really wanted. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good car and a dealership that actually helps their customers.

I cant enough positive things about this company ! I had been looking for nearly a month for a very specific van with certain features. I went to big name dealerships to independent auto lots. JC's popped up on my notices 4 days ago.....it was almost too good to be true, there had to be a catch. I called and made an appt.to go see a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT. Good mileage, great price, had everything I was looking for. I went yesterday and was so surprised to find my dream van. The lot was filled with really nice cars that were clean and Im sure just as much of a bargain as my van. Do yourself a huge favor and check this place out. If I could give more than 5 🌟, I would.
