Extremely rude and unprofessional. After having over $3000 worth of work in my car. I had my car for less than 48 hours and it broke down due to something with the coolant hose. When I went back less than 48 hours later to see if the damage was done from the work they did. I was unaware I would be charged for them to look at it. The owner not so kindly explained to me that it was their policy , and if I did not pay the $30 I wouldn’t be released my car. I mean, I barely drove my car 10 miles since getting it from them. So I paid the $30. I was told the new estimate for the part I needed was 500. Today is the seventh day and when calling to check on my part, they told me they had no estimated time of arrival for the part. The owner said she didn’t know where it was being shipped from nor d
