Had a problem with the power window operation on my Toyota RAV4. I thought it was a bad motor or regulator, so I contacted J and D. They said they could replace but would check it out first in case it was something else. They saw me the next day, tore it down and found that it was a minor issue with a switch. $45 rather than a $300 motor. Nice!

Had my car done in a timely manner. Communication was great. Overal i would deff bring my car back again. Thanks guys.

Absolutely terrible experience. I brought my car in for a transmission replacement and to fix a sunroof leak. Instead, it sat outside for 6–7 months, exposed to spring rain and heat. Mold grew inside, turning it into a health hazard. Despite repeated requests the leak was never fixed By the time the leak was fixed water had already corroded a critical computer module, leaving the car completely inoperable. It’s now in worse condition than when I dropped it off. The owner took no responsibility and offered no help. This shop’s negligence caused hundreds in additional damage. Damage that I will now have to pay out of pocket. If you decide to still choose this repair shop, I hope your experience doesn’t end like mine.

I took my 2001 Nissan Maxima in for a crank no start while still a pretty spendy repair(like all cars LOL) their prices were still reasonably priced compared to other mechanics that I had tried to take it to their level of organization and professionalism is on another level and they were very honest and explained it in a way where I think personally anyone could understand it. They've earned a lifetime customer for sure!
