Pacific Northwest Tire

Relatively new in town, so I was looking around for a good independent tire shop. I found Pacific Northwest Tire and they were just what I needed! They were friendly and had great communication. I got all my needs taken care of in a timely manner. I will be returning for all my tire and alignment needs.

Being new to McMinnville, I was a bit flummoxed about where to take my vehicle... noticed yesterday a screw had found a new home in one of my rear tires! Mike greeted me at the counter and listened to me sort through what I had learned online; he was patient. Mike then asked if he could take my car into the shop and access if the tire could be repaired... the rest of the story ends beautifully! The fact that Mike provided exemplary customer care (even before I had become a bonified customer) is (sadly) so outside the norm these days. BTW, I learned this shop also does mechanical maintenance and repairs... You good folks got my business!!!

The staff at Pacific Northwest Tire are awesome, super knowledgeable and I've always been greeted with a smile, excellent customer service. Good products at a reasonable price. I won't go anywhere else for my tires and wheels from now on.

showed up at their shop 20 minutes later got new tires and oil change all installed. They even cleaned up the trunk when replacing the spare tire. Excellent service and great price, highly recommend. thanks
