Purchased from them online. Julie was very helpful. They had the best prices I could find anywhere online for the set of wheels I wanted. They were delivered extremely quickly, in hand under 48 hours after ordering. Top tier company and service.
On August 4, 2019, I placed an order for a motorcycle air filter with JD Auto & Truck Parts on their Amazon store. Their posting on Amazon was for the part number I needed and included a photo of the triangular air filter that fit my bike. A couple of days later I received the filter that they shipped... a rectangular air filter in a box marked with stick-on labels that matched the part number I ordered. I got a runaround between Amazon and JD Auto & Truck Parts for about a week before I got return authorization, but I sent the wrong part back to them on August 14th. Today is August 20th, and I still have not received my refund for the wrong part sent by JD Auto & Truck Parts. I have not even received confirmation that the returned part was received.
