Support small business! Justin and his wife were great! I saw a referral for JD Automotive on a FB page and reached out to them. I got an oil change done. Price was right, great communication, was able to get in right away. They went above and beyond, even got a free air freshener which was a nice touch. Thorough and explained everything to me. Highly recommended. I’ll be a repeat customer.

JD Automative has been a breath of fresh air. After dealing w a very unethical mechanic, I found them and they’ve really been helping me on every chance I’ve needed something done. Justin sends videos and updates. Goes the extra mile to find the issue. His prices are like NO OTHER. As a mom he has also picked up my vehicle and dropped it off to me especially since I’m a few miles from him. This shop just absolutely amazing and I don’t know why more people don’t go to them!!

I had the pleasure of getting my car serviced by Justin. Of course right before Thanksgiving my vehicle just decided today was the day to stop working. I searched for hours on a decent mechanic that wasnt going to deplete my bank account and destroy my christmas plans and I stumbled on all of the wonderful reviews J.D services has so I took a chance and was so happy I did. There was a mess under the hood and he gave me step by step communication of everything he was doing and what parts he had to order and gave me receipts for proof. He got my girl running again and gave me a few other things that needed to be done but could wait because I needed my car to get my daughter back and forth to school. I found this place online and it’s the Best auto service in Fall River.I personally have never been to a car shop with exceptional guest service where we the customers come first.
