He’s not staying open all hours of the day and night, burning him and his team out. He answers the phone. He cares. He writes you into his appointment book. And you may have to wait a few days or a week, but when your car is there as you and he planned, it will get taken care of to the best of his ability. He will stay in touch with you. I brought a car for the inspection 4 years in a row and they are always good. The staff is very friendly and does the inspection quite quickly. If something is wrong they take time to explain it in the best manner possible.
