I had an excellent experience with JD Auto and highly recommend them. They did a fabulous job on my BMW repair — the quality of the work was outstanding. A special thank you to Laura Diaz — she truly went above and beyond. She kept me updated throughout the process, communicated clearly, and made everything easy and stress-free. She even got my car finished earlier than expected and really went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. Great service, great communication, and great results. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I brought my car here a few months ago to repair a small dent and some cracks. While the shop initially fixed the damage, the results didn’t hold up. The cracks are now significantly worse than before. It’s disappointing and makes me question the quality of materials they used. I also tried calling multiple times to discuss the issue, but no one ever answers the phone, which adds to the frustration. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place to others and would suggest looking elsewhere for reliable, lasting repairs.

Brought my truck in Had Been smashed on the passenger side by the bed and fender. It also had a bad paint job from the last owner. Luckily, when I brought it in, they were able to take care of it, and by the end, it looked so much better than before. You couldn't even tell that that happened to the truck. Always kept. Always updated on parts and progress for the truck

I really just stumbled on to JDBS! Such incredible reviews with high rating so...and I needed a repair out of my pocket! Laura gave me an affordable quote, took it in, and it looks perfect again! Very happy customer, would recommend!
