The guys at JDM WestCoast are extremely helpful when it comes to getting a reliable engine ready to go for you. I had a great experience in an exchange for the right model for my vehicle. Fair pricing and very good customer service. Definitely a 10/10 in my book!

There team is solid, super responsive and helpful. As for there product I’m not so sure. Bought an rb25det, when I received it and my mechanic ran a leak down test 6 was leaking at 20% (which was worse but he got it down to 20%) and rust and corrosion in some spots ecu was a mess, timing belt and intake aren’t useable. When I emailed them to address these issues they sent me a video of a compression test and said the engine is in good condition. (I have no idea how old that video is) I’m understanding of the rust and corrosion as these motors are 20+ years, but when I bought a motor I expected to to pass a leak down test.

honestly they did an ok job, I wouldn’t recommend but if you do then just hope for the best, when I got my car it was good for a couple of days and then I started having problems with it, I had to fix it myself but It’s a 50/50 that I trust there mechanics. I thought they knew what they were doing but I guess not, If you tried going back to fix your car you would probably have to wait another week. They need better mechanics, They just need to do better. I felt like not secure with my car when I got it back.

My 2007 Camry terribly burning lube oil and Toyota dealer told me need to pay over $7000 to repair it. Come to JDM is my lucky choice because they changed a dependable second hand engine (about 40k miles age) and give my car a new life. Today I pick up my repaired car and it runs very smoothly without noise and powerful move. $2.3k is responsible and real.
