Fantastic service and communication and overall business Car happened to die on 8 mile 1/2 mile away from the shop on a late afternoon. Looked up a mechanic on Google Maps. Walked to Leo’s. They offered to grab it next morning so I wouldn’t have to pay for tow. Alternator and battery were shot. Quick, honest, reasonably priced, and good work. Staff is very pleasant to converse with. They do not stand on a high horse and list everything wrong with the vehicle, trying to upsell and charge for everything possible. Rather, they met me where I needed them and did what I needed done. Very few shops are like this. Feels you are part of the team here. The best compliment I could give is that I will be recommending this shop to anyone I know in need of car work in the Detroit area.

The guys at Leo's are great. They have a dedicated service writer who make you feel right at home. They get the job done right and on time. The mechanics are top notch and always good to let me know when I need maintenance. They use only quality parts and are good about warranty coverage. Its always nice to wait in the spacious waiting room. They have plenty of seating, coffee, snacks, pop water, video games and magazines. I will always take my vehicles to Leo's Car Care! Exceptional service Very professional staff especially the manager Sean. He is professional, courteous, accommodating and a joy to do business with. I was referred to them as being honest and reasonable and I found that to be true. I take my vehicles to them faithfully because they do excellent work and they are fair.
