This is my go to shop for my vehicles. The facility is as clean as a doctor’s office! They’re extremely organized and friendly. I trust them for the quality of service. Once I had authorize replacement of front and rear brakes on my Toyota mainly because of the mileage. After having inspected the car the technician said I didn’t need them—honest. I had a loud bumping noise from the rear tire area of my Acura RDX. The shocks and struts were replaced but the noise continued. I returned my car while we were out of town even though they were booked. After many hours that they worked me in, they figured out the new struts were defective and had to replace them. The noise is completely gone! They will do everything they can to figure out how to fix a problem. Thank you Jeff and team!
