Ken's Mufflers and NC State Inspections

Overpriced and underqualified. I had a rusted muffler pipe leaking, they said I need to replace it. I said go ahead where they failed to mention the O2, replace the pipe cut the O2 sensor and left it there charging me $280 for a straight pipe that’s about 3 feet long. Now I have a check engine light with P0141 and now I have to buy an O2 sensor that cost $250. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Stopped in this afternoon to get a second opinion on my daughter’s vehicle and was given fabulous and quick service with a referral to another location specializing in the type of repair we needed. Thank you so much! We’ll definitely be back.

Ken’s Muffler absolutely nailed it! They installed a new exhaust system on my Mercedes and it sounds amazing — like it’s ready to square up with a Mustang at every stoplight. 😂 Customer service was top-notch, super friendly guys who clearly know their stuff. The quality of work is spotless — the welds look better than some people’s tattoos. Pricing was definitely on the “premium” side, but honestly, you get what you pay for. My car purrs, growls, and turns heads everywhere I go. Worth every penny (and maybe a few I didn’t have). Highly recommend if you want quality work done right — just don’t expect “discount muffler” prices!

Amazing place to get your muffler done. I have a rusted-out dual exhaust on my truck that just looked horrendous. I thought this would cost me thousands of dollars to repair. Ken came out explained what he would do and gave me a $400 quote on the spot. I greatly appreciated the transparency and realistic approach to his business. He knocked out a full replacement within 20 minutes. I heavily recommend this company to anyone and everyone!!!
