Jeff Schmitt Mazda Service

Fantastic service, but I’m not surprised. Kaili is my preferred contact there. She explains things so thoroughly, and is very reassuring about each service encounter. Anyone who leaves their vehicle under her care is in GREAT hands. Kaili brings everything you’d expect with great service: excellence, going above and beyond to communicate clearly, quick response time, accurate estimates, etc all while making you feel like family. Would give 10/5 stars if I could.

At first I really hated this place due the salesman promising this and that. Saying they do services when they clearly don't. Said I had 7 days to return a vehicle, when that wasn't true. Then he quit and that's when I found out he lied. But since then Vivian was honestly great and helpful. The other guys in service were good too. So basically this review is for service side

Excellent customer service! Cody explained what repairs needed to be done and what the costs were in detail. Everyone I spoke to there was pleasant and accommodating. The service department was spotless.

The amenities are almost worth the extra money you would pay going anywhere else.

It's always good. The staff is polite, knowledgeable and helpful. We're on our third Mazda just because they are such great cars. Reliablebility is incredible.
