I can’t say enough great things about my buying experience at Jeff Wyler Hyundai! This was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever gone through. My sales associate Ryan was amazing! I would HIGHLY recommend visiting this dealership. It was a no hassle, no pressure dealership which is rare. Even their managers came out to see how my buying experience was going. I have never seen that before. Hopefully people get to read this review because Jeff Wyler took car buying to a new level for me with this type of personal experience. Thank you again.

My roommate purchased a car recently from here, and they took such great care of her, I decided this was the place for me when I needed a new car. It was a remarkable experience! Salesperson - Jennifer (the most caring, understood my needs, my budget and my concerns. She made it fun!!! And Ryan the manager was extraordinary in every way!!! Set up everything electronic for me (both of them), and took an hour in the car with me training me on my new baby. BTW my blue beauty's name is Penelope.

I’ve had a great experience with this Hyundai location! They were so informative, kind, and genuinely wanted to help me with whatever was going on with my car. Sometimes I feel like being a woman, dealerships and auto shops don’t take me as seriously or talk down to me but this location is the exception. They answered all my questions and showed so much kindness. I’ve tried other Cincinnati Hyundai dealerships and none of them treated me as good as the Eastgate location. Definitely making this my home dealership within the Cincinnati area going forward. Would 10/10 recommend!
