Based on the great reviews this shop received, I am hoping my experience was a one-off. I just moved to the area and was looking for a place to get my oil changed. I grew up changing my own oil but did not have the tools to do it myself. I got the oil change on a Thursday afternoon, drove home, Friday I went back to work and didn't notice until Friday evening when I got home that my car had been leaking oil ever since I got my car back. I went under my car and found that the nut in my drip pan was so loose that I could tighten it by hand before getting a wrench to tighten it the appropriate amount. Before realizing it was leaking, I had driven on my newly paved driveway, my father-in-laws driveway and my boss' driveway, unknowingly dripping oil on all of the newly paved driveways. I calle

We have been taking our autos to Jeffcoats for more than 10 years. We have always been pleased with the repair, maintenance and inspection services done by the technicians. This is the second year I've taken my older Tacoma and my newer Prius plug-in hybrid here. Mike has always been friendly and willing to explain the work being done. During my last appointment, I asked him to tell me what was wrong with my 4WD. It simply wasn't working, and as far as I knew, anything could have been wrong. Mike checked it out and determined that something was bound up, which freed up once it was running on the lift. He could have easily told me it was something much more expensive to fix, but he's an honest guy so he didn't do that! He also told me I could save $30 on my emissions test if I brought the truck back the following month because I drove less than 5000 miles. I really appreciate working with people like Mike Jeffcoats!
