If I could give a negative rating I would. First I want to say before writing this review I tried to give them the opportunity to make it right. After 3 emails in 3 weeks and not a single response, I have turned to Google. I paid over 50 dollars and I still had dush on my dash. Not in the big area as in they did the bare minimum , but on my steering column, center console and such. Also the outside they didnt even try the wheels looked worse than when I went in. They rush you and give you attitude when you show them a spot missed. It was horrible experience. And I want to be clear and honest here, I used to LOVE them, and sent so much business to them. Now they have really gone down hill!

I’m giving this car wash one out of five stars. I paid for a full service, but they didn’t vacuum the car properly—dog hair were still clearly visible on the seats and floor. On top of that, the rims were barely cleaned and still had dirt and brake dust on them. For the price, I expected much better attention to detail. Definitely not worth it, and I won’t be returning.

1st time here. I asked if they would wipe and clean everything inside, she said yes. They only wiped away the dust from large sections. All the smaller parts and nooks did not get cleaned. All these spots just needed spray and paper towel to come clean. I am pissed that I payed them for nothing. I went home and had to do what I want to them to do, myself.

After specifically pointing out the areas of concern, I was promised they could do the job. They did not. The job they did was very sloppy. When I expressed dissatisfaction with the results, I was told “I wish we could do a better job”! Hah…me too! $50 dollars later and there are clumps of dog hair on the carpet, smears all over the console, I can barely see through the windshield…and the list goes on. Save your money and look elsewhere if you want quality.

I went in for a wash, vacuum and wipe down of interior surfaces. They broke my wiper blade and didn’t tell me. The laziness was top-notch. They didn’t even lift the backseats to see they needed to vacuum the floor area. They had one guy standing at the back of the vehicle, wiping out the trunk latch for a whole two minutes and after he was done, it was still dirty. How is that possible? Five people cleaning the car at once and it’s Still incomplete. Talk about epic failure. I should’ve hired my 14-year-old because even he wouldn’t have missed this much.
