Truly fantastic customer service and quality of work. The people who work here are beyond friendly and so responsive. They got me in and out very quickly, provided me with so much information, and sent constant updates on their progress. Made it so easy to work with State Farm also. My car looks good as new. They went above and beyond in every regard. Would 100% use again and will 100% be recommending to everyone I know.

I explored different body shops in Austin when I needed to fix some minor damage which happened to the passenger side door on my Corolla. I’m happy I found Jeff’s Body Shop, since I had an excellent experience. Brandon was quick to assess the damage, and had us in and out super quick. Their work was excellent and they also had great customer service - they were patient with me as I explored different options for the repairs and with my numerous questions. If you’re looking for great quality work and friendly service, this is the place to go - I highly recommend.

Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Amanda at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. They kept me updated every step of the way. They estimated my repairs would take about 10 days and they were finished in 5. When I went to pick up my car I saw that they had detailed it as well. They handled everything with State Farm and all I had to do was pay my deductible and leave. Hopefully I don’t need more repairs, but if I do I will only trust them moving forward.

Jeff’s Auto Body was recommended to me. When Brandon, my service advisor, saw the minor repair needed to my bumper, he took my car right then to do the work. I was in and out of there in less than 15 min and there was no charge. I was stunned. I can’t remember the last time I received such excellent customer service. This was my first visit to Jeff’s Auto Body, but it won’t be my last. If I need collision repair on my car, Jeff’s Auto Body is the place I’ll go. Thank you, Brandon.

Brought my jeep out here for repairs after a minor accident. The service is absolutely top notch. They kept me in the loop during every step of the repairs and when I came to pick it up the owner came out to show me everything that was fixed. Genuinely great people and I will be back if I ever need anything else repaired.
