Jeff's Auto & Cycle Repair

New to the Port Jervis area and needing oil change and inspection, I pored over Google reviews for auto service stations in P.J. I settled on "Jeff's Auto & Cycle". Am glad I did. I stopped in last week and made a Tuesday appointment. I showed up today and was told my appt was for NEXT Tuesday. Without a blink, Barbara told me not to worry, the work will be done w/in 15 minutes. Left my key, took a walk, and w/in 15 minutes recd a call the car was ready. The invoice was another nice surprise. Oil change was less than half of Valvoline WITH a Groupon. Am more than satisfied. Barbara and Jeff - Thanks. You've won over another client!! Merry Christmas!

I was having car trouble on my way to Highland Lake. I stopped at this repair shop and although they were busy the young man who helped me stopped what he was doing and came to see what the issue was with my car. He was very attentive, courteous and above all honest. He knew I was out of town traveling on July 3. He took care of my car and was very conscious. I’m so impressed. I recommend this shop for all your car needs. Excellent work and service, very grateful for you.

Just had two struts done in less than 45 minutes! Had a really great experience. Will definitely come back when work is needed to be done. Very honest, and professional work!
