Wylie is so amazing! I had a terrible experience at the dealership after what was supposed to be a regular service and turned into a quote for $5,000+ of work that needed to be done on my low mileage fairly new VW. I decided to get a second opinion at Jeff’s import auto and Wylie saved me so much time, stress, and money. I have been going to him for all of my car needs ever since. I love that he thoroughly explains everything and loves what he does. He even put a sticker in my window so I would know when to get my next service (something the dealership didn’t even do?!). He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working how it’s supposed to and to keep me aware of things that may need work in the future. Could not recommend enough!

I just called and spoke with Wylie about an issue with my Atlas that I had diagnosed at the dealership. He is insanely knowledgeable about VWs and an absolute delight to speak with. You can tell he truly cares about car owners. I learned more about Volkswagens in a 15 minute phone conversation with him than I have in my 15 years owning multiple VWs. I will certainly be coming to Jeff's Imports for all of my future VW service needs!

Wylie went out of his way to make sure my daughter, home from college, could get back on the road by Monday after we found an oil leak right before the weekend. He got us in for a quick diagnosis on Friday, ordered the needed parts, and had the repair done by noon on Monday -- even though I know he's normally booked far out in advance. I'm very grateful, and relieved, knowing that my daughter's car repair was done right and at a fair price. There's a reason I've been trusting this shop for our VW maintenance & repair for 15+ years. Highly recommend.

Jeff’s Import Auto Werks is the best auto shop experience I have ever had, and the only place worth taking your Volkswagen too in Boise! Wylie was extremely helpful and kind, and checked out my car in a very efficient manner. Could not recommend more!

Wylie is the BEST. His knowledge, experience, and honesty make him a great mechanic to work with. I've been to him a number of times over the last few years with my Jetta and he's been awesome. Truly a great guy too :)
