Jeisa Auto Repair and Tires

Three weeks ago, air started leaking from one of my tires, so I went to Jeisa Auto Repair. The mechanic checked it and said the problem was the tire pressure sensor, which he replaced. Unfortunately, the sensor still didn’t work, so I returned an hour later. I was told to “drive for a few hours” so it could supposedly recalibrate. A week later I came back to file a complaint, but the woman in the office told me there was no mechanic available. Since I was leaving for a planned vacation, we agreed that I would return afterward. Today I went back, and they told me they had repaired the tire, not the sensor, which is simply not true. I feel completely misled. On top of that, none of the mechanics speak English, so communication is difficult and misunderstandings are easy. I absolutely do not

Took the car in for a check engine light and got it back leaking oil, right tire wobbly, heat turning on by itself. A complete mess and the car was running perfect when I dropped it off. They keep calling you telling you someone else broke just to rip you off. DO NOT GO THERE! YOU WIILL BE RIPPED OFF!! They do not back up their work and only ask for more and more money. Absolute con artist! Don't trust!!

Went there to get a punctured tire fixed… had to wait for quite a bit as the mechanics were busy working on unattended vehicles. When they finally came to my car- it was a quick 3 minute job well done. If they fix their priorities & communications a bit, they would have much happier clients.

This is one of the WORST mechanics I have ever been to. They did an alignment on my Hyundai Santa Fe, picked up the vehicle, and didn’t even make it home before the tire felt like it was falling off. These scammers charged over $800 for work that didn’t even last a 10 minute ride home. Came back, they tried to charge me for the “faulty” piece that they installed. Save your time, energy, and effort… RUN from this sketchy business.
